The Radboud UMC Postdoc Initiative (RPI) is a source of information regarding postdoc related issues. In addition it creates a platform to facilitate discussions amongst postdocs at the same point of their career and promotes local collaboration and networking opportunities.
The RPI includes postdocs working at the Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Center and connected to one or more of its six Research Institutes. The platform is run by postdocs and is intended to support postdocs and final year PhD students.

Aims
- Promote local collaboration and networking opportunities
- Facilitate discussions amongst postdocs at the same point of their career
- Create awareness and provide information on career development
- Communicate local and national political issues related to science (e.g. NWO grant system)
